We're not sure of the original
source for this recipe, but they sure are good.
2 cups flour
1 cup fruit yogurt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tbl. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted butter
Combine all ingredients in miximg bowl until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into bunny shapes and cook pancakes on a griddle (at about
350 degrees) or in a pan (medium heat). You know its hot enough if a
drop of water skitters across the griddle or pan. We like to flip
them over the first time when the bubbles stay open. How long
they cook on the second side depends on how hungry we are. You
can decorate them with icing or not.

Julie prepared this tasty treat to share with fellow members of the
Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce...Enjoy!
