"John has a commitment to
excellence, an understanding of what it takes to do the job correctly,
and most importantly, the desire to make his customer the first
priority. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work he
did for us!"

Bathroom Finish |
|
We had the pleasure of helping some
fellow Westminster homeowners
transform their outdated bath into this beautiful new
masterpiece. It
was great to see their dream become a reality, and personally rewarding
to have been a part of it. We worked on the installation of
the wainscot, covebase and chair rail, but the entire project also included a new
tub/shower enclosure, new fixtures
and towel bars, a new vanity with an integral cultured marble sink and
countertop, a re-faced linen closet, new flooring, a mirrored medicine
cabinet, beveled mirrored lighting and a fresh tricolor paint
job. Well
done!!! |

Basement Finish
|
|
This basement finish added
functionality to a previously dark and dingy space. The lighting
matched that used on the main level of the home. The built-in
cabinets provided a lot of storage space and were of a similar design
to those used on the main level. These features helped to
establish continuity between the basement and the rest of the house. |

Walk-Through
Closet
|
|
What home doesn’t need lots
of closet space?
When a beautiful new master bathroom was added to this house, we
transformed the existing bathroom into a wonderful walk-through closet
with lots of storage. There is room for everything, even luggage! |

Sheds
|
|
We're happy to work with
do-it-yourselfers. A Thornton homeowner designed and co-built
this shed with our help. A gambrel roof was selected
for aesthetics and to optimize the use of interior space. The
structure
features a reinforced concrete floor for longevity and an interior loft
for out-of-the-way storage. Economical Plexiglass windows built
on-site
flood the interior with light and a roof vent was included for air
circulation. The hinged doorway can be locked to protect
valuables. |

During Construction
|
Finished! |
|
To
make use of an otherwise wasted corner of
his property, an Arvada homeowner hired us
to build this unique addition to a shed that he recently purchased from
Ted's Sheds. An asymmetric design was required to fill the
available ground and complement his landscape timbers. We made
the back wall of the addition approximately 5-feet long, whereas the
front wall measured approximately 7-feet. We continued the
existing roof line with custom trusses made on-site and we matched the
trim details so that the addition would blend right in. Ted's
Sheds worked with the homeowner to ensure that we had the same base
materials for this customized job. They pre-painted all the
siding and trim and also built the new door.
